Glitchy Payments

Seemed to be a glitch on your end when purchasing my digital print. It showed I had selected originally. Then it took me about 6 emails to finally get one purchased after the glitch on your end.

Sizing way off

This is the 2nd time ordering from West & Willow.
1st time was PERFECT!
This time around not so much .. while the dogs look picture perfect .. the sizing is way off..
These hang side by side . My 19 lb pug looks huge compared to my 80 lb sheepadoodle..
Still cute . But size is kinda weird :(

Sent me the wrong order

Sent me the wrong order. Can’t get a hold of customer service the fix the problem. Even if the problem gets fixed, development of the phone case and shipping takes way too long for this to be enjoyable for the price I paid.

I’m just saying poor for now as I have…

I’m just saying poor for now as I have no received my product. Also. I’m a little nervous because I never received an email saying my pictures I submitted worked or didn’t work... plus for the last 2 days it’s been saying delayed due to weather and to check back the next day. Which I totally understand weather but some kind of update would be nice. Because now I have no idea when it will be here and I was hoping to get it Tuesday or Wednesday. I’ll revise my review once I receive my product.

I received the wrong artwork and have…

I received the wrong artwork and have reached out to customer service 3 times and have not heard back. I was excited to give this to my husband for his birthday, but I can't even get someone to reach out to me via email or phone call to discuss how this can be rectified. It's terrible customer service.

Super easy ordering

Super easy ordering. I wish I could have seen a preview with the photo I sent. But I’m excited to see it. I will follow up after I see it but so far I’m very happy.

Different from ads, very long turnout time

The quality is completely different from what I see on the ad. The portrait doesn't look like my dog, the drawing is off-centered, there is some other dog's name underneath my dog's name(!) and I just don't think it's cute. After I complained they decided to do it again and sent me another drawing online but it is still very different from the photo that I gave them (but I approved it). The turnout time is extremely long too. The first one took about a month for me to receive. But then I didn't like it, so I'm still waiting for the new one. It has been more than 7 weeks since I placed an order. I definitely do not recommend to order for a gift because it probably won't arrive in time.

I am not happy with our order at all

I am not happy with our order at all. Online there were multiple art works that were of a dark colored dog on a dark background and the one that we received, the dog can barely be seen. If the artist couldn't accommodate for the chosen picture, I expected to be notified by the company for alterations.
